Climate Transparency in Action
A series of designed communication products developed for Georgia’s CBIT II project, Transparency in Action: Improving Georgia's National Climate Reporting System. The project supports the implementation of the Enhanced Transparency Framework under the Paris Agreement by strengthening national systems for climate data, monitoring, and reporting.
The visual approach draws inspiration from selected illustrations by David Kakabadze, reinterpreting elements of Georgian modernist visual language within a contemporary climate communication context. Through editorial and graphic design, the project aimed to translate institutional and technical climate processes into accessible visual narratives.
The initiative was financed by Global Environment Facility, implemented by United Nations Environment Programme, and executed by REC Caucasus in cooperation with national stakeholders.
